Hope your week is going well.
In preparation for my birthday barbecue this weekend, we wanted to have as much done as possible in our garden over the bank holiday.
S and his dad did absolutely excellent job last Saturday getting rid of weeds and preparing the ground for the new turf. They also installed a few paving slabs to mirror the stone patio on the left side when you are coming into the garden.
The following day, we went to our local garden centre and purchased Rolawn’s Medallion turf (we needed only 9 rolls), which then S laid in under 30 mins. Very easy job, and cheap!
And now we have to just water the grass regularly, so the area will be ready for the party next weekend.
